Labour's Alex Rowley offered his party's support for the SNP budget in return for additional funding for Scottish councils - and was promptly chastised by branch manager Richard Leonard. Eventually it was the Greens who secured an agreement and helped the budget pass as Willie Rennie, Murdo Fraser and James Kelly stood around like diddies.
