The artist’s comment: ‘Home Secretary Suella Braverman’s plan to reduce the cost of asylum accommodation includes housing 500 asylum seekers in the 222-cabin Bibby Stockholm, berthed at Portland in Dorset. This week 39 people were removed from the barge after Legionnaires’ Disease was detected in its water system.’
