The artist’s comment: ‘In a byelection at Rutherglen and Hamilton West, triggered by SNP MP Margaret Ferrier’s flagrant breach of covid lockdown rules, Labour took 58% of the vote with a desperately poor turnout of 37%. Scottish branch manager Anas Sarwar said it was a “seismic night in Scotland”.’
