The Treasury was set to supplement the Queen's income with taxpayer cash after royal investments plummeted during the coronavirus crisis. It was also reported that taxpayers paid £16,000 for Prince Andrew's private flight to a golf tournament, £210,000 for Prince Charles' charter to Oman, and nearly a quarter of a million for Harry and Meghan's tour of Africa.
