The artist’s comment: ‘Alister Jack, the so-called “Secretary of State for Scotland of the United Kingdom” – yes, really – welcomed the Court of Session’s ruling that the UK Government can block Scotland’s gender reforms from becoming law. The Scottish Government challenged the initial Section 35 order because the reforms were supported by a majority of MSPs.’
