The artist’s comment: ‘A report from the UK-wide covid inquiry found that the UK Government and all the devolved nations were inadequately prepared for the pandemic. This fuelled headlines in the Scottish press such as “Scotland not properly prepared for pandemic” and “Scottish Government accused of ‘corporate homicide’”. It also said that Nicola Sturgeon’s administration had adopted flawed UK government resilience plans.’
