The artist’s comment: ‘In the same week that non-MP David Cameron was made foreign secretary, the Supreme Court ruled that the government’s plan to send refugees to Rwanda was illegal. This did not deter the Tories, who promptly announced emergency legislation to make it legal. Apparently Rwanda is now a safe place.’
