The artist’s comment: ‘After the Labour Party cut the winter fuel payment, their Scottish branch manager Anas Sarwar pledged that he would reinstate it in Scotland if Labour won the next Holyrood election, then demanded that the Scottish government reinstate it now. This followed voting for the cut in the first place then voting not to reinstate it. When the SNP announced that they did in fact plan to reinstate it, Sarwar’s position started to look quite silly.’
