The artist’s comment: ‘After partygate and a seemingly endless series of wrong-footed moves by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, five senior conservatives tendered their resignations. It seemed increasingly likely that Johnson would be the third PM in a row to be brought down by Johnson.’
