The artist’s comment: ‘Education Secretary Gavin Williamson claimed the UK was the first country to approve a Covid vaccine because it has “much better” scientists than France, Belgium or the US and is “a much better country than every single one of them”. The European Medicines Agency suggested the UK had made speed a priority so it could be the first to roll out the jab.’
