Having previously called Boris Johnson a "selfish attention-seeker" and said he would not serve in a Johnson cabinet, Scottish Secretary David Mundell changed his tune once the prospect of Johnson taking over from Theresa May became very real. With Johnson the favourite, The Herald reported that Mundell would not rule out serving after all.
