The artist’s comment: ‘Ahead of their autumn party conference in Liverpool, Labour revealed Gordon Brown’s ‘long-awaited’ constitutional blueprint which called for, yes you guessed it, federalism. On the same day, Brown said “look at the small print; the Vow was actually delivered”. In another non-surprise move, Labour were also said to be considering abolishing the House of Lords, something they’ve been promising to do for decades.’
