The particular story features Alex Cole-Hamilton and the candidate in question is Mike Andersen.

The artist’s comment: ‘The Scottish Liberal Democrats appeared to have been caught out copying and pasting English policy. A campaign flyer claimed “the SNP have let water companies get away with dumping sewage into or (sic) rivers, lochs and sea for too long. The Lib Dems will fight to protect our environment and punish rule breaking water companies.” Scottish Water is publicly owned. Elsewhere they claimed “sewage was dumped into Scottish rivers for 183,832 hours last year”, a meaningless statistic given there are only 8760 hours in a year.’
