The artist’s comment: ‘Tory hack Toby Young said “ungrateful devolved nations” made him an English nationalist, prompting much hilarity north of the border. On a more serious note, Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced new grants for businesses and an extension of the job support scheme, but not in Scotland. Introducing Tory pipsqueak Andrew Bowie, who famously posted an image of fish and chips containing precisely six chips.’
