The artist’s comment: ‘It was reported that King Charles banned his brother Prince Andrew from staying at Balmoral Castle for his usual two-week summer break. Charles suggested he stay at the four-bedroom Frogmore Cottage nearby, which was the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan.’
