The artist’s comment: ‘In 2022, the Labour conference passed a resolution calling for the introduction of proportional representation at Westminster elections. But by 2024, with the likelihood of election victory, they dropped the policy. Anas Sarwar said: “We fought the election campaign and we won the election campaign. We don’t make the rules, we played the election by the rules.” Sarwar also had to hide all the England flags lining Downing Street on a tweet claiming that Scotland is “at the heart of a Labour government”.’
