The artist’s comment: ‘Whilst preparing his ‘Pandemic Diaries’, former Health Secretary Matt Hancock entrusted more than 100,000 official WhatsApp messages to his ghostwriter, journalist Isabel Oakeshott, who then passed them onto the Daily Telegraph, where the juicy bits were published. If only he could have seen that coming.’
